1. Accessing Pabbly Chatflow for WhatsApp Integration

To start sending bulk WhatsApp messages, first, you need to access Pabbly Chatflow. Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to pabbl.com/chatflow. This platform provides the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, ensuring a lower chance of your number getting blocked.

Once on the landing page, you can sign up for a free trial of Pabbly Chatflow. This trial allows you to test the features before committing to a subscription. After signing up, you can explore the dashboard and begin the integration process.

2. Adding Your WhatsApp Number to Pabbly Chatflow

Before sending messages, you must add your WhatsApp number in Pabbly Chatflow. Ensure that you follow the video tutorial linked in the description to complete this step. This is crucial for the integration to work smoothly.

After setting up your message, you can test it by sending it to yourself. Enter your WhatsApp name and mobile number, and click on the “Send Message” button to verify that everything works correctly. Once confirmed, you can send the message to all your contacts.

Click on “No Send Instantly” to schedule the broadcast.
Choose a date and time from the calendar for scheduling.
Select retry options for failed messages.
