Next, you will add action steps in Pabbly Connect to send a WhatsApp message after a delay. First, add a delay step to wait for 20 days. Select “Delay by Pabbly” as your action application and configure the delay time.
After setting the delay, add another action step using the WhatsApp Cloud API to send a text message. Connect your WhatsApp account by providing the necessary credentials such as token and phone number ID.
5. Finalizing the Workflow and Testing
In this final step, map the customer’s phone number from the previous order response to ensure the WhatsApp message reaches the correct recipient. Enter the message you want to send, including a link to your Google business profile for reviews.
After completing the setup, click the “Save and Send Test Request” button to test the workflow. If configured correctly, the customer will receive a WhatsApp message after 20 days requesting feedback on their order.
