1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Tally Forms Integration

To start integrating Tally Forms with your CRM, you need to access Pabbly Connect. If you are a new user, open a new tab and search for pabbl.com/connect. Once on the landing page, click on the “Sign Up for Free” button in the top right corner.

If you are an existing user, simply log in to your Pabbly Connect account. After logging in, you will be directed to the workflow builder, which is crucial for setting up the integration.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once you are in the workflow builder of Pabbly Connect, you can start creating your automation. Click on the “Add Trigger” button to begin. In the trigger application search bar, type “Tally” and select it.

Choose the event as “New Response”.
Click on the “Connect” button to generate a webhook URL.
Copy the generated webhook URL for later use.

After copying the URL, head over to your Tally Forms workspace to set up the integration. This connection will allow Pabbly Connect to receive data whenever a form is submitted.

3. Setting Up Tally Forms with Pabbly Connect

In your Tally Forms workspace, navigate to the form you want to integrate. Click on the “Edit” button and go to the “Integrations” tab. If there is an existing webhook, delete it, then click on “Connect” under the webhooks section.

Paste the copied webhook URL from Pabbly Connect.
Click on the “Connect” button to finalize the integration.

Once the webhook is added, Pabbly Connect will wait for a response. To test the connection, fill out and submit the form in Tally. This step will trigger the webhook and allow Pabbly Connect to capture the response.

4. Adding CRM Integration in Pabbly Connect

After successfully capturing the Tally form response in Pabbly Connect, the next step is to add your CRM. Click on the “Add New Action Step” and select “Zoho CRM” as your CRM application.

Choose the event as “Create Contact” and click on the “Connect” button. If you have an existing connection, select it; otherwise, create a new connection by entering your Zoho CRM domain.

The domain should be copied from your Zoho CRM URL.
Grant Pabbly Connect the necessary permissions.

After connecting, map the required fields such as first name, last name, email, and phone number to ensure that the data from Tally Forms is correctly entered into your CRM.

5. Testing the Tally Forms to CRM Integration

Once you have mapped the fields in Pabbly Connect, click on the “Save and Send Test Request” button. This will send the mapped data to Zoho CRM, creating a new contact.
