1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for WhatsApp Integration

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once logged in, navigate to the “Pabbly Connect” app from the dashboard. Here, you will create a new workflow that connects Google Sheets to WhatsApp.

Click on “Create Workflow”.
Name your workflow, e.g., “Google Sheets to WhatsApp”.
Select “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row” as the trigger event.

After setting the trigger, proceed to approve and create the workflow. This is where Pabbly Connect captures data from Google Sheets whenever a new row is added or updated.

3. Connecting Google Sheets to Pabbly Connect

4. Sending WhatsApp Messages via Pabbly Connect

Next, to send WhatsApp messages, you will need to connect to the WhatsApp Cloud API through Pabbly Connect. Click on the “Add New Connection” button.

Here, you will need to enter your Access Token, Phone Number ID, and WhatsApp Business Account ID. These credentials can be obtained from your WhatsApp Cloud API account. After entering the details, click on “Save” to establish the connection.

Now, you can map the customer details from the previous step to send personalized messages. This is crucial as it allows Pabbly Connect to automatically send messages to your customers based on the data captured from Google Sheets.

5. Testing and Finalizing the Automation

After setting everything up, it’s time to test the automation. Click on the “Send Test Request” button in Pabbly Connect to ensure that the WhatsApp message is sent successfully to the specified contact.

If the test is successful, you can finalize your automation. Additionally, if you want to send messages to all existing data in Google Sheets, go back to the Pabbly Connect add-on and select “Send All Data”. This will send WhatsApp messages to all customers in your sheet.
