1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for WhatsApp Integration

To start automating WhatsApp messages, you need to access Pabbly Connect. Simply search for Pabbly.com in your browser and navigate to the Pabbly Connect homepage. Here, you will find options to sign in or sign up for a free account.

If you are a new user, click on “Sign Up Free” to get started. Existing users can directly sign in. Once logged in, you will see the Pabbly Connect dashboard, where you can create your integration workflows.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After accessing Pabbly Connect, you will need to create a new workflow. Click on the “Create Workflow” button. You can choose to either create from scratch or use the AI workflow builder. For ease, we will use the AI workflow builder.

Select “New Data in Google Sheets” as the trigger event.
Choose “Send WhatsApp Message” as the action event.
Preview your workflow to ensure it is set up correctly.

Once the setup is complete, click on “Approve and Create” to finalize your workflow. You will receive a unique workflow link that can be used later for testing.

3. Setting Up Google Sheets to Trigger Messages

To connect Google Sheets with Pabbly Connect, you need to create a trigger. Open your Google Sheets and install the Pabbly Connect Webhooks add-on. Click on “Extensions”, select “Add-ons”, and then “Get Add-ons” to find Pabbly Connect Webhooks.

Once installed, refresh your Google Sheets. Click on the Pabbly Connect Webhooks option from the Extensions menu and select “Initial Setup”. Here, you will input the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect into the designated field.

4. Sending WhatsApp Messages via Pabbly Connect

With your Google Sheets set up, you can now send WhatsApp messages using Pabbly Connect. In the workflow, select your WhatsApp communication platform, such as Pabbly Chatflow. You will need to provide your WhatsApp API token and mobile number for sending messages.

Map the customer data from Google Sheets to the WhatsApp message fields. This includes the customer’s name and phone number. After entering the required details, click on “Save and Send Request” to send the message.

5. Testing the Automation and Final Steps

To test your automation, add a new entry in your Google Sheets. The integration with Pabbly Connect should automatically send a WhatsApp message to the specified number. You can verify this by checking your WhatsApp account for the received message.
