To start your integration, first access Pabbly Connect by visiting the Pabbly website. You can sign in or create a new account if you are a first-time user. Existing users should click on the “Sign In” button located at the top right corner.
After logging in, you will see the dashboard of Pabbly Connect. Here, you can manage your workflows and create new ones. Click on the “Create Workflow” button to begin setting up your integration.
2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect
In this section, you will create a new workflow named “Send Product Demo Invitation Automatically for Landing Page Form Leads” in Pabbly Connect. Select a folder for organization, such as “Forms Automation,” and click on “Create” to proceed.
- Name your workflow appropriately.
- Select the correct folder for better organization.
- Click on “Create” to finalize your workflow setup.
Once created, you will be prompted to set a trigger for your workflow. The trigger is an event that starts the automation process. You will select “Webhooks by Pabbly” as your trigger application.
3. Setting Up the Trigger in Pabbly Connect
In this step, you will configure the trigger for your workflow using Pabbly Connect. Choose the “Catch Webhook” option and click on “Connect” to generate a webhook URL. This URL will serve as a bridge between your landing page form and Pabbly Connect.
Copy the generated webhook URL and integrate it into your landing page form’s code. Replace any existing dummy webhook URL with the one you just copied. Save the changes to your form code.
4. Testing the Webhook Connection
Now that the webhook is set up, you need to test the connection. Go back to Pabbly Connect and refresh the page to ensure it’s ready to capture data. Perform a test submission on your landing page form to send data to Pabbly Connect.
- Enter dummy details in your form for testing.
- Submit the form and check Pabbly Connect for the response.
- Verify that the data appears correctly in your workflow.
Once you see the response indicating a successful connection, you can proceed to the next step of logging the details into your Airtable database.
5. Logging Data into Airtable Using Pabbly Connect
In this final step, you will log the captured lead details into your Airtable database through Pabbly Connect. Select “Airtable” as your action application and choose the “Create Record” action event. Click on “Connect” to establish a connection to your Airtable account.
Once connected, select your Airtable base where you want to store the lead details. Map the fields from the webhook response to the corresponding fields in Airtable, ensuring that the data is dynamic and updates with each new submission.
