2. Creating a New Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once you are logged into Pabbly Connect, navigate to the workflow page to create a new automation. Here, you will select Typeform as your trigger application, as you want to send WhatsApp messages based on new entries.

Select “Typeform” as the trigger application.
Choose the event as “New Entry”.
Click on “Add New Connection” and authorize Pabbly Connect to access your Typeform account.

After successfully connecting, select the specific Typeform you want to use for collecting leads. This setup allows Pabbly Connect to fetch data from your Typeform automatically when a new entry is submitted.

3. Filling the Typeform to Trigger WhatsApp Message

With your Typeform connected, it’s time to fill out the form to test the integration. Enter relevant details such as first name, last name, email, contact number, and city (e.g., Bhopal). Once you submit the form, Pabbly Connect will capture this information instantly.

After submission, go back to Pabbly Connect to check if the webhook response has been received. The data from the Typeform will include the user’s first name, last name, email, and contact number, which will be used for the WhatsApp message.

4. Sending WhatsApp Messages via Pabbly Chat Flow

Next, you will set up the action step to send a WhatsApp message using Pabbly Chat Flow. In Pabbly Connect, select Pabbly Chat Flow as your action application and choose the event “Send Text Message”.

To establish this connection, enter your API token from the Pabbly Chat Flow settings. After saving the connection, you can map the recipient’s WhatsApp number and customize the message content, including the user’s name dynamically pulled from the Typeform response.
