1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for WhatsApp Integration

To start using Pabbly Connect for sending personalized WhatsApp messages, open your browser and navigate to pabblv.com/connect. This platform allows you to create automated workflows for various applications.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once you are logged into Pabbly Connect, you will be directed to the workflow builder. Here, you can set up triggers and actions. The trigger is an event that starts the automation, while actions are responses to that trigger.

Click on the “Add Trigger” button.
Select Google Sheets as the trigger application.
Choose “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row” as the event.

After setting up the trigger, Pabbly Connect will provide a webhook URL. Copy this URL as it will be used to connect Google Sheets with Pabbly Connect.

3. Connecting Google Sheets to Pabbly Connect

To connect Google Sheets, open your spreadsheet and navigate to Extensions > Add-ons > Get Add-ons. Search for the “Pabbly Connect Webhook” extension. Install it and refresh your spreadsheet.

Once refreshed, go to Extensions > Pabbly Connect Webhooks and select “Initial Setup.” Paste the webhook URL you copied earlier and set your trigger column. For example, if your lead data is in column D, enter “D” as the trigger column.

4. Sending WhatsApp Messages via Pabbly Connect

Now, click on “Send New Action Step” in your Pabbly Connect workflow. Select “Pabbly Chatflow” as the application to send WhatsApp messages. Choose “Send Text Message” as the event.

If you have an existing connection, select it. Otherwise, create a new connection by entering your API token from Pabbly Chatflow.
Map the WhatsApp mobile number and the message content.

Mapping allows you to use dynamic data from previous steps. For example, you can personalize the message by including the lead’s name using mapping.

5. Sending Bulk Personalized WhatsApp Messages

After configuring your message, click “Save and Send Test Request” to ensure everything works correctly. You will receive a confirmation that the message has been sent.

To send bulk messages, go back to Extensions > Pabbly Connect Webhooks and click “Send All Data.” This will trigger Pabbly Connect to send personalized messages to all leads in your Google Sheets.
