2. Creating a Trigger with Facebook Lead Ads

To capture new leads from Facebook, you will set up a trigger in Pabbly Connect. Select the option for Facebook Lead Ads and choose the trigger event as “New Lead.” This will allow Pabbly Connect to monitor your Facebook account for any new leads generated.

In this step, you will map the data from the Facebook lead to the WhatsApp message. Start by entering the WhatsApp number field in Pabbly Connect. You will use the mapping feature to pull the WhatsApp number from the captured lead data.

Add a slash (/) in the WhatsApp number field to see the previous step’s data.
Select the WhatsApp number from the lead data to map it correctly.
Compose your message, including the lead’s name for personalization.

After mapping the necessary fields and composing your message, click on “Save and Send Test Request” to verify that the WhatsApp message is sent successfully. You should see a success status indicating that the message has been sent to the lead’s WhatsApp number.
