1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start integrating WhatsApp and Razer Pay, you need to access Pabbly Connect. Open your browser and navigate to pabbly.com/connect. Here, you will find options to either sign in or sign up for free.

If you are a new user, click on the “Sign up for free” button to create an account. Existing users can simply log in. Once logged in, you will be directed to the Pabbly Connect dashboard, where you can begin setting up your automation.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

In the Pabbly Connect dashboard, click on the “Create Workflow” button. You will see three options: “Create from Scratch,” “Create Using AI,” and “Quick Builder.” For this tutorial, select “Create from Scratch” to build your workflow step by step.

  • Select “Create from Scratch” for detailed setup.
  • Enter a prompt indicating your workflow needs.
  • Choose Razer Pay as your trigger app.

After entering your prompt, proceed to select the trigger event. Choose “Payment Failed” from the options available. For the action app, select “Pabbly Chatflow” and then choose “Send Text Message”. Once you approve and create the workflow, you will receive a unique workflow link.

3. Setting Up the Webhook in Razer Pay

To connect Razer Pay with Pabbly Connect, you need to set up a webhook. Copy the webhook URL provided in your Pabbly Connect workflow. Now, log in to your Razer Pay account and navigate to the developer section.

  • Go to “Webhooks” in the developer section.
  • Click “Add New Webhook” and paste the copied URL.
  • Select “Payment Failed” as the active event.

After saving the webhook, your Razer Pay account will now be connected to Pabbly Connect. This setup allows you to receive real-time notifications for failed payments.

4. Testing the Integration

To test the integration, initiate a failed payment through your Razer Pay payment page. Enter dummy details and select a payment method that is likely to fail, such as net banking. Once the payment fails, check your Pabbly Connect dashboard to see if the webhook response is received.

Upon receiving the response, you should see all the details of the failed payment, including customer information. This confirms that your trigger is working correctly, and you are ready to send a WhatsApp message via Pabbly Chatflow.

5. Sending WhatsApp Messages via Pabbly Chatflow

Now that the trigger is set, it’s time to send a WhatsApp message to the customer. In your Pabbly Connect workflow, configure the action step by entering the required WhatsApp number and the message you want to send.

Utilize the mapping feature to dynamically insert customer details into your message. For example, replace placeholders in your message with the customer’s name and product details. Once you have filled in the necessary fields, click on “Save and Send Test Request” to send the message.

Conclusion

In this tutorial, we explored how to integrate WhatsApp and Razer Pay using Pabbly Connect. By setting up a webhook and automating follow-up messages for failed payments, you can enhance customer communication and improve payment recovery rates.
