1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To begin integrating Pabbly with Jade, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. Start by searching for Pabbly.com/n in your browser. This will direct you to the home page of Pabbly Connect.

On the homepage, you will see two options: Sign In and Sign Up for Free. If you are a new user, click on Sign Up for Free to get 100 tasks every month. Existing users can simply sign in to their accounts.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After signing in, the next step is to create a workflow in Pabbly Connect. Click on the “Access Now” button to enter the Pabbly Connect dashboard. Here, you can choose from three methods to create your workflow: Create from Scratch, Create Using AI, or Quick Builder.

Select “Create from Scratch” to build your workflow step by step.
Choose “Create Using AI” for a faster setup.
Use “Quick Builder” for a rapid workflow creation.

For this tutorial, we will use the Quick Builder method. Start by entering a single line description of your workflow. For example, enter “When a new lead comes in from Just Dial, send SMS via Twilio” to describe your automation.

3. Setting Up the Trigger in Pabbly Connect

Now that you’ve created a workflow, it’s time to set up the trigger using Pabbly Connect. You need to select the application that will trigger the workflow. In this case, choose “Just Dial” as your application and select the event as “New Leads”.

This step will generate a webhook URL. Copy this webhook URL, as it will be used to connect Jade with Pabbly Connect. You will need to send this URL to your backend team for integration into your Just Dial account.

4. Configuring the SMS Action in Pabbly Connect

After successfully setting up the trigger, the next step is to configure the SMS action using Pabbly Connect. Select Twilio as your action application, and choose the “Send SMS” event. You will need to provide your Twilio Account SID, Authorization Token, and Phone Number.

These details can be found in your Twilio console. Copy each of these details and paste them into the corresponding fields in Pabbly Connect. After entering the information, click on the Save button to establish the connection.

5. Finalizing and Testing the Integration

Once you have configured the SMS action, it’s important to finalize and test your integration. In Pabbly Connect, you will be prompted to enter the body of the SMS message you wish to send. Personalize the message by including the lead’s name using dynamic mapping from the previous steps.

After entering the message, click on the Save and Send Request button. You will receive a successful response indicating that the SMS has been sent. To verify, check your phone for the SMS that should read: “Thank you for your query with On House. Our team will contact you shortly.” This confirms that the automation is working perfectly.
