1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for WhatsApp Integration

To send bulk WhatsApp messages, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. Begin by visiting pabbly.com/chatflow in your browser. This will lead you to the Pabbly Chatbot homepage.

If you’re a new user, click on “Sign up for free” to create an account. Existing users can simply sign in. Once signed in, you will see the dashboard where all Pabbly applications are listed.

2. Setting Up WhatsApp Broadcast in Pabbly Chatbot

After accessing Pabbly Chatbot, navigate to the broadcast section to set up your WhatsApp broadcast. You will need to create a message template that will be used for sending bulk messages.

Click on the “Template” section to create your message.
Ensure your template is approved by Meta for use.
Once created, navigate to the “Broadcast” section.

In the broadcast section, click on “Add Broadcast” to start creating your WhatsApp broadcast. Select the type as “Broadcast Campaign” and provide a name for your campaign.

3. Uploading Contacts from Google Sheets

For sending messages, you can use existing contacts or upload a CSV file. If your contacts are in a Google Sheet, download them as a CSV file first.

In the audience section, you can either select your existing contact list or upload the CSV file. This allows you to send messages to multiple contacts at once. Make sure to refine your audience by excluding any contacts you do not wish to message.

4. Sending Your Broadcast Message

Once your audience is set, choose the message type. You can opt for a pre-approved template message or a regular message. For this tutorial, select the pre-approved template you created earlier.

To ensure everything is correct, you can test the broadcast by sending a message to your own WhatsApp number. Enter your name and number, then click on “Send Test Message”. Confirm that the message appears correctly in your WhatsApp.

5. Scheduling and Managing Your Broadcast

After testing, you can schedule your broadcast. If you want to send the message immediately, select “No”. For scheduling, select “Yes” and choose a future date and time.

Additionally, you can enable the automatic retry for failed contacts. This feature will attempt to resend messages to any contacts that did not receive them successfully. Once everything is set, click on “Send Broadcast” to finalize your campaign.
