1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To begin integrating Razerpay with Monday.com, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. If you are not yet a user, visit Pabbly’s website to sign up. Once signed up, you will have access to a dashboard where you can manage your automation workflows.

Upon logging in, you will receive 100 free tasks each month, ideal for testing your integrations. After this, click on the “Create Workflow” button to start setting up your automation. This is the first step in using Pabbly Connect to automate tracking failed reseller payments.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once on the dashboard of Pabbly Connect, click the plus button to create a new workflow. You will see options like “Create from Scratch,” “Create Using AI,” and “Create Using Quick Builder.” Choose the “Create Using Quick Builder” option for this automation.

Select the prompt: “Recover lost revenue, track failed reseller payments in Monday.com CRM”.
Choose Razerpay as your trigger application.
Set the trigger event as “Payment Failed”.

3. Connecting Razerpay with Pabbly Connect

To connect Razerpay with Pabbly Connect, click on the Razerpay application in your workflow. You will see a “Connect” button; click it to generate a webhook URL. Copy this URL, as it is essential for linking Razerpay with your workflow.

Next, navigate to your Razerpay dashboard. Click on the “Payments” option, then select “Developers” and click on “Webhooks”. Here, click on the “Add New Webhook” button, paste the copied URL, and select the event as “Payment Failed”. Finally, create the webhook to establish the connection.

4. Testing the Integration with a Payment

After setting up the webhook, you need to test the integration. Go back to your Razerpay dashboard and create a test payment. Intentionally fail the payment to see if the webhook triggers correctly.

Enter dummy payment details when prompted.
Click on the “Pay” button to initiate the payment.
Ensure the payment fails to trigger the webhook.

Once the payment fails, check your Pabbly Connect workflow to confirm that a new response has been received. This indicates that the connection is successfully established and working as intended.

5. Finalizing Integration with Monday.com

Now, you need to connect Monday.com as the action application in your workflow. Click on the Monday.com option in Pabbly Connect and hit the “Connect” button. If you don’t have an existing connection, choose to create a new one.

To connect, you will need your Monday.com API token. Go to your Monday.com account, click on your profile, and navigate to the “Developers” section to find your API token. Copy this token and paste it into Pabbly Connect. After saving, select the appropriate Board ID and Group Name where you want to log the failed payment details.
