1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start integrating Just with Google Sheets, you need to access Pabbly Connect. Open your browser and navigate to pabbly.com/connect. Click on the “Sign Up for Free” button to create an account and get a free trial.

Once logged in, you will land on the Pabbly Connect dashboard. Here, click on the “Create Workflow” button and select the “Create Using Quick Builder” option. Type in a name for your workflow, such as “Just to Google Sheets”, and proceed with the setup.

2. Setting Up the Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After naming your workflow, you will need to select the applications you want to connect. Choose “Just” as your trigger application. This allows Pabbly Connect to listen for new lead details from Just.

Select the event you want to trigger the workflow.
Click “Approve and Create” to finalize your trigger setup.

Your workflow is now created, and you are ready to connect the applications. Next, you will need to set up the Webhook URL to capture lead details from Just.

3. Connecting Just to Pabbly Connect

To connect Just, you need to copy the Webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect. Go to the Just platform and communicate this URL to your account manager, who will add it to your Just account. This step is crucial as Just does not allow users to add Webhook URLs directly.

Once the Webhook URL is added, you can return to Pabbly Connect to capture the lead details. You will see the lead information, such as first name, last name, phone number, and email displayed in Pabbly Connect.

4. Adding Leads to Google Sheets Through Pabbly Connect

Now that you have captured lead details, it’s time to add them to Google Sheets. In Pabbly Connect, choose Google Sheets as your action application. Click on “Connect” and sign in with your Google account to authorize Pabbly Connect.

Select the Google Sheet where you want to store lead details.
Map the fields from Just to the corresponding columns in your Google Sheet.

Once the mapping is complete, click on the “Save and Send Test Request” button to ensure the integration works correctly. You should see the lead details automatically populated in your Google Sheets.
