After setting up the trigger, it’s time to configure the action step to send WhatsApp messages. Click on “Add Action Step” and choose Pabbly Chatflow as the action application.

Select the event as “Send Text Message”.
Connect to your existing Chatflow account or create a new connection.
Map the required fields, such as phone number and message content.

Mapping is crucial as it personalizes the message sent to each lead. Ensure that all details are correctly entered before proceeding to test the workflow.

5. Testing the Integration

Finally, you need to test the entire setup to ensure everything works seamlessly. Click on “Save and Send Test Request” to initiate the test. This will check if the WhatsApp message is sent successfully.

Check the response received from the test request.
Open WhatsApp to verify if the message was received.
Ensure that the message matches the one configured in the workflow.

Upon successful testing, your integration using Pabbly Connect is complete. You can now automatically send personalized WhatsApp messages to new leads from JST as they come in.
