2. Creating a Google Form for Submissions

Next, create a Google Form that your leads will use. This form will capture essential information like the name, email, and phone number of each submission. Once your form is ready, you will set it up to work with Pabbly Connect.

After creating the form, navigate to the Responses section and click on the “Link to Sheets” button. You can either choose an existing spreadsheet or create a new one to store the responses. This spreadsheet will be connected to Pabbly Connect for further actions.

3. Setting Up Pabbly Connect to Capture Responses

In this step, you will set up a trigger in Pabbly Connect to capture new form submissions. Copy the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect and return to your Google Sheets.

Go to Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons.
Search for Pabbly Connect Webhooks and install it.
Refresh your spreadsheet and go to Extensions > Pabbly Connect Webhooks > Initial Setup.

Paste the webhook URL into the designated field and set the trigger column to Column E, where the final data will be added. After clicking Submit, you will see a confirmation message that the setup is configured successfully.

4. Connecting Telegram to Pabbly Connect

Now, you need to set up Telegram as the action application in Pabbly Connect. Choose Telegram and select the action event to send a text message. You will need to create a Telegram bot to generate a token for this integration.

To create a bot, search for “BotFather” in Telegram. Start a chat and select the option to create a new bot. Provide a name and username for your bot. After creation, copy the token and paste it into Pabbly Connect to establish the connection.

5. Finalizing the Integration and Testing

After connecting Telegram, you need to add the bot as an admin in your Telegram group. This allows the bot to send messages on behalf of your team. Once added, log into your group and copy the chat ID from the URL.

Return to Pabbly Connect and paste the chat ID. Create a message template that includes the mapped data from the form submissions, such as the name and email. Finally, click on “Save and Send Test Request” to verify that the integration works.
