After signing up, log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard. Here, you will find the option to create a new workflow. Click on the ‘Create Workflow’ button to begin integrating Google Sheets and OpenAI for your blog automation.

Select the GPT model you want to use.
Map the title and description from Google Sheets into the prompt.
Specify the content requirements in your prompt.

After setting up the prompt, press the “Save and Send Test Request” button. This will generate the blog content based on the information from your Google Sheet.

4. Posting the Generated Content to Medium

The final step is to post the generated content to Medium using Pabbly Connect. Click the plus button once more and select Medium as your action application. Choose the “Create Post” event to publish your blog automatically.

To connect Medium, enter your integration token, which you can find in your Medium account settings. After establishing the connection, fill in the required fields such as the author, title, and post content by mapping them from the OpenAI response.

Select the author and map the title and content from OpenAI.
Choose the post format and set the publish status.
Press “Save and Send Test Request” to publish the post.

Once this is done, refresh your Medium profile to see the newly published blog post. This confirms that your workflow is functioning perfectly with Pabbly Connect.
