2. Creating a New Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Next, you will create a new workflow in Pabbly Connect. Click on the “Create Workflow” button to start. Name your workflow something descriptive, like “Interact with LinkedIn Leads in Minutes”.

Choose a folder for your workflow, such as “LinkedIn Automations”.
Click on “Create” to finalize your new workflow.

Your workflow is now created successfully. This will serve as the foundation for automating your LinkedIn lead interactions through WhatsApp.

The final step is to set up an action in Pabbly Connect to send a WhatsApp message. Click on “Add New Action Step” and select Pabbly Chatflow as your action application.

Choose the action event as “Send Text Message”. Connect to your Pabbly Chatflow account by entering the necessary API token. Once connected, map the lead’s details to personalize the message. For example, you can include the lead’s name in the message.

After setting up the message, click on “Save and Send Test Request” to check if the WhatsApp message is sent successfully. You should receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp, indicating that the integration is working as intended.
