2. Creating the Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once logged into Pabbly Connect, navigate to the workflow builder. Here, you will set up an automation that connects your Shopify store with WhatsApp. The workflow consists of a trigger and an action—essentially defining what happens when an order is placed.

Click on the “Add Trigger” button.
Search for Shopify and select Shopify v2.
Choose the event as “New Order” and click “Connect”.

Copy the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect and head over to your Shopify store to set up the integration.

4. Testing the Webhook Response

To test the connection, create a test order in your Shopify store. This will allow Pabbly Connect to capture the webhook response. After placing the test order, return to Pabbly Connect to see if the response has been captured successfully.

Once the response is captured, you will see all the order details reflected in Pabbly Connect. This confirms that the integration is working correctly and ready for automation.

5. Sending WhatsApp Confirmation Messages

After successfully capturing the order details, the next step is to send an automated confirmation message via WhatsApp. In Pabbly Connect, click on “Add Action” and select Pabbly Chatflow as the application.

Choose the event as “Send Text Message” and connect your Pabbly Chatflow account. You will need to provide your WhatsApp number and map the necessary details from the order, such as customer name and order number, to personalize the message.

Map the WhatsApp number dynamically for each order.
Format the message by using stars for bold text.
Click “Save and Send Test Request” to test the message sending.

Upon successful execution, the order confirmation message will be sent to the customer’s WhatsApp, fully automating the process.
