1. Setting Up Pabbly Chatflow for WhatsApp Automation

To start automating WhatsApp messages, you need to access Pabbly Chatflow. This platform allows seamless integration with various applications, including Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

First, log in to your Pabbly Chatflow account. Once you’re in, navigate to the dashboard where you can begin creating your automation workflow.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

In this step, you will create a workflow in Pabbly Connect to link Google Sheets with WhatsApp. Click on the “Add Trigger” button to start.

Select Google Sheets as the trigger application.
Choose the event “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row”.
Click on the “Connect” button to generate a Webhook URL.

Choose the event “Send Text Message” and click on the “Connect” button. Here, you will need to enter your API token from your Pabbly Chatflow account to establish the connection.

Access your Pabbly Chatflow account and navigate to the API settings.
Copy your API token and paste it into the connection setup.
Select the recipient’s WhatsApp number from the data mapped from Google Sheets.

Make sure to format your WhatsApp message correctly, using stars to bold any important text, and then save and send the test request.

5. Bulk Messaging from Google Sheets

To send bulk WhatsApp messages, you will return to Google Sheets and use the Pabbly Connect Webhook extension.

Click on “Send All Data” to initiate the bulk messaging process. This will send all the data from your Google Sheets to the configured workflow in Pabbly Chatflow.
