1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for WhatsApp Integration

To start using Pabbly Connect, open a new tab and search for Pabbly Connect. Visit the landing page and click on the “Sign Up for Free” button. This will allow you to send 100 WhatsApp messages for free using the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

Once signed up, log into your Pabbly Connect account. You will need to add your WhatsApp number to begin sending bulk messages. Follow the prompts to enter your WhatsApp details.

2. Adding Your WhatsApp Number in Pabbly Connect

After logging into Pabbly Connect, navigate to the section where you can add your WhatsApp number. Click the “Add WhatsApp Number” button, which will prompt you to enter your details. Make sure to read the help text for guidance.

If you opt for a regular message, simply type your message in the provided field. You can format text by adding asterisks for bolding. After composing your message, enter your contact name and mobile number for testing.

Choose to send immediately or schedule for later.
Set the date and time for scheduled messages.
Enable automatic retries for failed contacts.

Once everything is set, click the “Send as Message” button to initiate the broadcast. You can then track the status of your messages within the Pabbly Connect dashboard.
