Once logged in, click on the “Create Workflow” button. You can choose to create a workflow from scratch, which is the option we will select. Name your workflow something descriptive, like “Create Viral AI Video Step by Step,” and click on the “Create” button to proceed.

2. Trigger Setup: Google Sheets in Pabbly Connect

In this section, we will set up the trigger for our workflow using Google Sheets. The aim is to automate the process whenever a new video idea and topic are added to the sheet. Select Google Sheets as your trigger application within Pabbly Connect.

  • Choose “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row” as the event.
  • Click on the “Connect” button to get your webhook URL.
  • Copy the webhook URL provided to connect Google Sheets with Pabbly Connect.

  • Map the video topic and idea from the Google Sheets response.

4. Creating the Video with Gemini API

Once the AI content is generated, you can create a video using the Gemini API via Pabbly Connect. Select Gemini again but this time choose the “Text to Video Generation” event.

Utilize the existing connection you created earlier. In the input field, map the generated content from the previous step. After mapping, click on the “Save and Send Test Request” button to create your video.

  • Copy the URI from the response and paste it into your browser.
  • Add your Gemini API key to the end of the URI using the key parameter.

After pressing enter, your video will download automatically. This video will be created based on the content generated earlier.

5. Updating Google Sheets with Video URL

The final step in this workflow involves updating your Google Sheets with the generated video URL. Select Google Sheets again as your action application and choose the “Update Row” event.

Connect to your Google Sheets account, select the spreadsheet you used earlier, and map the row index from the trigger response. In the generated content and video URL fields, map the respective data from the previous steps.

  • Ensure to include the key parameter with your Gemini API key in the video URL field.
  • Click on the “Save and Send Test Request” button to finalize.

Check your Google Sheet to confirm that the last two columns are updated with the AI-generated content and video link, confirming that the workflow is complete.
