1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start using Pabbly Connect, open your browser and search for pabbl.com/connect. This will take you to the landing page of Pabbly Connect.

In the top right corner, you will see the option to sign up for free. Click on this to create your account and gain access to the features of Pabbly Connect, including the ability to upload 100 contacts for free.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After logging into Pabbly Connect, navigate to the dashboard and click on “Create Workflow”. This is where you will set up the integration.

Enter a prompt like “Connect Sheets to Google Contacts” and click to analyze your request. Select the trigger event and action event, then click “Approve and Create” to finalize your workflow setup.

3. Setting Up Google Contacts Integration

To connect Google Contacts, you need to copy the webhook URL provided in your Pabbly Connect workflow. Open your spreadsheet and go to Extensions > Add-ons > Get Add-ons.

Search for the “Connect Webhook” extension and install it.
After installation, refresh your spreadsheet to see the Pabbly Connect Webhooks option.
Enter the webhook URL and set your trigger column to the final data column.

Once you click “Submit”, your setup will be configured successfully. Send a test to ensure data syncs correctly with Pabbly Connect.

4. Creating Contacts in Google

Now, to create contacts in Google, go back to your workflow in Pabbly Connect. Click on “Connect” and add a new connection by signing in with your Google account.

Pabbly Connect will ask for permissions. Allow it to access your Google Contacts. Instead of entering details manually, use the mapping feature to dynamically pull data from previous steps.

5. Sending Bulk Contacts to Google

To send multiple contacts at once, go back to your spreadsheet, navigate to Extensions > Pabbly Connect Webhooks, and click on “Send All Data”. This will transfer all your data to Pabbly Connect.

Enable the “Send on Event” option to automate future entries.
This ensures that every new entry in your spreadsheet creates a contact.
