1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration
To start automating your real estate blog creation, first, access Pabbly Connect by visiting pably.com. This platform will serve as the central hub for connecting Google Sheets and Facebook.
Once on the Pabbly homepage, sign in if you’re an existing user or click on “Sign Up Free” to create a new account. After logging in, navigate to Pabbly Connect Access Now to reach the dashboard where you can manage your workflows.
2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect
In this step, you will create a new workflow in Pabbly Connect. Click on “Create from Scratch” and name your workflow, for instance, “Google Sheets Se Automatically Real Estate Blogs Banayein Aur Facebook Par Publish Karein”.
- Select a folder for your workflow, like “AI Agent”.
- Click on “Create” to finalize your workflow setup.
Now, you will see two boxes: Trigger and Action. The trigger will be Google Sheets, as this is where you will input your data first.
3. Setting Up Google Sheets Trigger
To set up the trigger in Pabbly Connect, click on “Add Trigger”. Select Google Sheets and choose the event “New or Updated Spreadsheet”. Then, click on “Connect” to establish the connection.
Next, you will copy the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect. Go to your Google Sheets, and in the Add-ons menu, select “Get Add-ons”. Search for “Pabbly Connect Webhooks” and install it if not already done.
4. Initial Setup for Google Sheets
After installing the add-on, refresh your Google Sheets. Go to the Pabbly Webhooks option, and click on “Initial Setup”. A dialog box will appear where you will need to paste the webhook URL you copied earlier.
- Enter the Trigger Column, which is the final data entry column (e.g., Column G).
- Click on “Send Test” to ensure everything is working correctly.
Once the test data is sent successfully, click on “Submit” to complete the setup. This ensures that the webhook URL is correctly added and ready to receive data from Google Sheets.
5. Generating Blog Content and Publishing on Facebook
Now, add an Action step by clicking on “Add Action Step”. Select OpenAI as your action application, and choose the event “ChatGPT”. Click on “Connect” and enter your API token if required.
In the prompt section, map the details from Google Sheets to generate engaging blog content. For example, you can use the topic, location, and other details to create a blog post suitable for publishing on Facebook.
- Make sure to format the prompt correctly to get the desired blog structure.
- Click on “Save and Send Test Request” to generate the blog content.
Finally, add another Action step to publish the blog on Facebook. Select Facebook Pages and the event “Create Page Post”. Connect your Facebook account, select the page, and map the content generated from OpenAI. Click on “Save and Send Test” to publish your post.
Conclusion
Using Pabbly Connect, you can seamlessly automate the process of creating real estate blogs from Google Sheets and publishing them on Facebook. This integration not only saves time but also enhances your content strategy effectively.
