Click on the “Create Workflow” button. Choose “Create from Scratch” and name your workflow, for instance, “Send Emails in One Click”. Select the folder where you want to save this workflow and click on “Create”. This action opens the Pabbly Connect workflow automation window.
2. Setting Up Trigger with Google Sheets in Pabbly Connect
The first step in your automation process involves setting up a trigger in Pabbly Connect. Select “Google Sheets” as your trigger application. The event you will choose is “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row” to start the automation whenever there is new data.

- Set the trigger column to the column where final data is entered.
- Click “Send Test” to verify the setup.
Once you click “Send Test”, the data from your Google Sheets will be sent to Pabbly Connect. Verify that the test data is received correctly in your Pabbly Connect workflow. If successful, click on “Submit” to finalize the connection setup.
4. Configuring Gmail Action in Pabbly Connect
Next, you need to set up the action step in Pabbly Connect. Click on “Add Action Step” and select “Gmail” as the action application. Choose the action event as “Send Email” and click on “Connect”.
If you already have a connection, you can save it. Otherwise, click on “Add New Connection” and sign in to your Google account. Grant the necessary permissions to allow Pabbly Connect to send emails through your Gmail account. Once connected, you will need to configure the email details.
5. Personalizing Email Content in Pabbly Connect
In the email configuration, fill in the sender’s name and email address, which will be pre-filled based on your connection. For the recipient’s email address, map it from the Google Sheets data you received earlier. This mapping ensures that the emails are personalized for each recipient.
- Enter the sender’s name and email address.
- Map the recipient’s email address from the Google Sheets data.
- Compose the email subject and body using mapped variables for personalization.
Once you have set up the email content, click on “Save and Send Request”. You should receive a positive response indicating that the email has been sent successfully. Check your Gmail inbox to confirm that the personalized email was received as intended.
