1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Your Chatbot Integration

To create your first OpenAI chatbot, start by accessing Pabbly Connect. Go to pabbly.com/connect and log in or sign up for a free account. This platform allows you to automate workflows without any coding skills.

Once logged in, you will receive 100 free tasks each month, enabling you to create your chatbot setup. If you’re a first-time user, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account. This is the foundation for your chatbot integration.

2. Setting Up Google Sheets as a Trigger in Pabbly Connect

In this step, you will configure Google Sheets to act as a trigger for Pabbly Connect. Create a new spreadsheet where you will enter the business name and campaign idea. This will automatically send data to Pabbly Connect.

Open your Google Sheets and go to Extensions.
Select Add-ons, then Get Add-ons, and search for Pabbly Connect Webhooks.
Install the app and refresh your spreadsheet.

After refreshing, go back to Extensions, select Pabbly Connect, and then Initial Setup. Here, you’ll paste the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect and designate the trigger column where data will be entered.

3. Connecting OpenAI with Pabbly Connect

To do this, click on the “Add New Connection” button and enter your OpenAI API token. You can generate this token directly from your OpenAI account. After entering the token, save your connection.

4. Mapping Data for Campaign Generation

Now that OpenAI is connected, the next step is to map the data between Google Sheets and Pabbly Connect. This ensures that the business name and campaign idea from your spreadsheet are sent to OpenAI for processing.

Select the business name and campaign idea fields in the Pabbly Connect interface.
Map these fields to the corresponding columns in your Google Sheets.

After mapping, click on the “Save and Send Test Request” button. This will send the mapped data to OpenAI and generate a detailed campaign strategy based on the input provided.

5. Updating Google Sheets with Generated Results

Finally, you will update your Google Sheets with the results generated by OpenAI using Pabbly Connect. This step will keep all your data organized in one place.

In Pabbly Connect, select the Google Sheets action to update the row with the new campaign strategy and promotional image URL. Make sure to map the data fields as required.
