1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration
To begin integrating WooCommerce with Salesforce, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. Open your browser and type in pabbly.com. Once on the homepage, you can either sign up for free or sign in if you already have an account.
After signing in, navigate to the “Pabbly Connect” app from the dashboard. Here, you can manage all your workflows and integrations. Click on “Create Workflow” to start the process of connecting WooCommerce with Salesforce.
2. Creating a New Workflow in Pabbly Connect
Once you are in Pabbly Connect, you need to create a new workflow. Name it something like “Connect WooCommerce to Salesforce”. Choose a folder for your workflow, such as “All Automations”, and click on “Create” to proceed.
Next, you will see a prompt to select a trigger application. Since we want the workflow to start when a new order is made, select WooCommerce as your trigger application. The trigger event will be set to “New Order Created”. Click on the “Connect” button to establish the connection.
3. Setting Up the Webhook in WooCommerce
In this step, you will configure the webhook in WooCommerce to connect with Pabbly Connect. Copy the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect and head over to your WooCommerce settings in WordPress. Navigate to “Settings” and then to “Advanced”. From there, select “Webhooks”.
Click on “Add Webhook” and name it “Order Created”. Set the status to “Active” and choose the topic as “Order Created”. Paste the webhook URL you copied earlier and save the changes. This will allow WooCommerce to send order details to Pabbly Connect whenever a new order is placed.
- Name: Order Created
- Status: Active
- Topic: Order Created
- Delivery URL: Pabbly Connect Webhook URL
After saving the webhook, return to Pabbly Connect and check if the webhook ID has been received, confirming a successful connection.
4. Capturing Order Details from WooCommerce
After setting up the webhook, you need to capture the order details in Pabbly Connect. Click on “Recapture Webhook Response” in your workflow. This will allow you to test the connection by placing a new order in your WooCommerce store.
Go to your WooCommerce store and make a test purchase. Enter the required details such as name, email, and address. For example, use “Best Lead” as the name and “[email protected]” as the email address. Once the order is placed, Pabbly Connect should receive the order details, confirming that the webhook is working correctly.
- Product: Crescent Moon Pendant
- Order Amount: 1999
- Address: 123 Old Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Check the response in Pabbly Connect to verify that all order details have been captured successfully.
5. Adding Salesforce as an Action Step
Now that you have captured the order details, it’s time to add Salesforce as an action step in Pabbly Connect. Click on “Add New Action Step” and search for Salesforce. Select the action event as “Create Contact” and click on “Connect”.
If you have an existing connection, select it; otherwise, create a new connection by logging into your Salesforce account and granting permission. Once connected, map the fields from WooCommerce to Salesforce. For example, map the first name, last name, email, and order details to the corresponding fields in Salesforce.
After mapping the fields, click on “Save and Send Test Request”. If successful, you will see the new contact created in your Salesforce account. This confirms that the integration between WooCommerce and Salesforce via Pabbly Connect is working perfectly.

In this tutorial, you learned how to integrate WooCommerce with Salesforce using Pabbly Connect. This process allows you to automate order tracking and lead management efficiently. By following these steps, you can ensure that every new order is captured and managed seamlessly.
