Begin by creating a new workflow. You will need to select the trigger application as WhatsApp Cloud API. For the trigger event, choose “New Message Received”. This setup will ensure that every incoming message on WhatsApp triggers the automation process.

2. Creating a Connection with WhatsApp Cloud API

After selecting WhatsApp Cloud API, you will need to create a connection. Click on the connect button to generate a webhook URL. This URL is crucial as it allows Pabbly Connect to receive messages from your WhatsApp account.

Copy the generated webhook URL.
Open the Meta for Developers page.
Paste the webhook URL in the callback URL section.
