1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start integrating Razer Pay with Zoho CRM, first access Pabbly Connect by visiting pav.com/connect. This platform will enable you to automate the data transfer between the two applications.

If you’re a new user, click on “Sign Up for Free” to get 100 free tasks monthly. Existing users can log in directly. Once logged in, navigate to the Pabbly Connect dashboard to begin creating your workflow.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After accessing the dashboard of Pabbly Connect, you need to create a new workflow using the Quick Builder option. This is where you will set up the integration process.

Select “Razer Pay” as the trigger application.
Choose “Payment Captured” as the trigger event.
Copy the generated webhook URL for Razer Pay.

Once you have your webhook URL, you’re ready to connect Razer Pay to Pabbly Connect. This URL will allow Razer Pay to send customer payment data directly to your workflow.

3. Setting Up Razer Pay for Webhooks

Log into your Razer Pay account and go to “Account and Settings”. Here, navigate to the “Webhooks” section to create a new webhook using the URL you copied from Pabbly Connect.

Click “Add New Webhook”.
Paste the webhook URL.
Set the active event to “Payment Captured”.

After saving the webhook, Pabbly Connect will be ready to receive data whenever a payment is captured on Razer Pay, allowing for seamless integration with Zoho CRM.

4. Connecting Zoho CRM to Pabbly Connect

Now that Razer Pay is connected, the next step is to add the action to send customer data to Zoho CRM. In your Pabbly Connect workflow, select “Zoho CRM” as the action application.

You will need to provide your Zoho domain (for example, “do.in”) and authenticate the connection. Once authenticated, map the customer details received from Razer Pay to the appropriate fields in Zoho CRM, such as first name, last name, and email.

5. Mapping Data and Completing the Automation

To ensure that customer information is accurately transferred, you will need to map the data fields from Razer Pay to Zoho CRM. Use the “Mapping” feature in Pabbly Connect to dynamically insert details like first name and last name.

Select the first name and last name fields from the Razer Pay data.
Map the phone number and email address accordingly.
Click “Save and Send Request” to complete the action.
