2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once you are logged into Pabbly Connect, navigate to the dashboard and click on “Create Workflow”. You can create a new workflow from scratch or use the Quick Workflow Builder. For this tutorial, we will create a new workflow by typing “Connect YouTube to Telegram”.

  • Choose YouTube as the trigger application.
  • Select the trigger event, which is “New Video”.
  • Configure the connection with your YouTube account.

After setting up the trigger, you will see the workflow ready for the next step. This is where you will connect Telegram to share the video details automatically.

3. Connecting YouTube to Pabbly Connect

To connect YouTube, click on the “Connect” button. Next, choose “Add New Connection” and select “Sign in with Google”. You will need to choose the Google account linked to your YouTube channel.

Once you select your account, Pabbly Connect will capture the necessary details of your latest video. Click on “Save and Send Test Request” to ensure that the connection is working properly. You should see a message indicating that the video details have been captured successfully.

4. Connecting Telegram to Pabbly Connect

Now that YouTube is connected, it’s time to link Telegram. Go back to Pabbly Connect and click on “Add to Connection”. Here, you will need to enter a token from your Telegram bot.

  • Open Telegram and search for “BotFather”.
  • Type “/newbot” to create a new bot and follow the prompts to set up a unique username.
  • Copy the token provided by BotFather and paste it back into Pabbly Connect.

Once the token is accepted, your Telegram account will be connected to Pabbly Connect. You will also need to provide a chat ID for the Telegram group where you want to share the video.

5. Finalizing the Integration

With both YouTube and Telegram connected, you can now finalize the integration. Back in Pabbly Connect, you need to fill out the message details, including the title and URL of the YouTube video.

Use the mapping feature to automatically insert the video title and link from the previous steps. This ensures that whenever a new video is published on YouTube, the details will be shared on Telegram without any manual effort.

Finally, click on “Save and Send Test Request” to test the integration. If everything is set up correctly, you will see the message appear in your Telegram channel, confirming that your automation is working.

Conclusion

By following these steps, you can seamlessly automate sharing YouTube videos to Telegram using Pabbly Connect. This integration saves time and keeps your community updated effortlessly.
