1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Automation

To start automating your YouTube video sharing to Telegram, you need to access Pabbly Connect. Open a new tab in your browser and type pabbly.com/connect. Press Enter to reach the landing page of Pabbly Connect.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once you are logged into Pabbly Connect, navigate to the dashboard and click on “Create Workflow”. You can create a new workflow from scratch or use the Quick Workflow Builder. For this tutorial, we will create a new workflow by typing “Connect YouTube to Telegram”.

Choose YouTube as the trigger application.
Select the trigger event, which is “New Video”.

3. Connecting YouTube to Pabbly Connect

4. Connecting Telegram to Pabbly Connect

Now that YouTube is connected, it’s time to link Telegram. Go back to Pabbly Connect and click on “Add to Connection”. Here, you will need to enter a token from your Telegram bot.

Open Telegram and search for “BotFather”.
Type “/newbot” to create a new bot and follow the prompts to set up a unique username.
Copy the token provided by BotFather and paste it back into Pabbly Connect.

Once the token is accepted, your Telegram account will be connected to Pabbly Connect. You will also need to provide a chat ID for the Telegram group where you want to share the video.

5. Finalizing the Integration

With both YouTube and Telegram connected, you can now finalize the integration. Back in Pabbly Connect, you need to fill out the message details, including the title and URL of the YouTube video.
