1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To begin integrating Pabbly with WhatsApp, first access Pabbly Connect. Open a new tab in your browser and type in the URL, pb.com/connect. Once you hit enter, the Pabbly Connect landing page will be displayed.

If you are a new user, click on the “Sign Up for Free” button to create your account. Existing users should click on the “Sign In” button to access their dashboards. This platform allows seamless integration between multiple applications, including Pabbly, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After logging into your Pabbly Connect account, the dashboard will show your available tasks. To create a new workflow, click on the “Create Workflow” button. This is where you will set up the automation process.

Click on “Create Workflow”.
Enter a name for your workflow, such as “Connect Google Sheets with Pabbly Chatflow”.
Select “Send Template Message” as your action.

Once you’ve set up the workflow, click on “Approve and Create” to finalize it. This is a crucial step as it allows Pabbly Connect to capture data from Google Sheets whenever a new row is added.

Copy the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect. Next, go to your Google Sheets, click on the “Extensions” menu, and select “Add-ons”. Search for the “fabricknitux” add-on and install it. After installation, refresh your Google Sheets to see the Pabbly Connect option in the menu.

Navigate to Pabbly Connect in your Google Sheets.
Select “Initial Setup” and paste the copied webhook URL.
Choose the trigger column where your data will be updated.

Click on “Submit” to save your settings. This setup ensures that Pabbly Connect captures any new data added to Google Sheets, enabling you to send messages via WhatsApp automatically.

4. Sending WhatsApp Messages Using Pabbly Connect

Now that Google Sheets is connected to Pabbly Connect, you can set up your WhatsApp messaging. Click on the “Add New Connection” button in the Pabbly Chatflow section.

Here, you will need an API token from Pabbly Chatflow. Go to the Pabbly Chatflow dashboard, navigate to “Settings”, and generate a new API token. Copy this token and paste it back into Pabbly Connect to establish the connection.

Select the recipient’s mobile number from the previous step’s response.
Choose the template name for your WhatsApp message.
Add the media URL for any documents you want to send.

After filling in these details, click on “Save and Send Test Request”. You should receive a message on WhatsApp, confirming that the integration is successful.
