1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To automate your social media posts, start by accessing Pabbly Connect. Open your web browser and search for Pabbly.com Connect. This will direct you to the homepage of Pabbly Connect.

If you’re a new user, click on “Sign Up for Free” to get started. Existing users can simply log in. Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard where you can see various applications available within Pabbly Connect.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

To set up your automation, click on the “Create Workflow” button in Pabbly Connect. You will be presented with three options for building your workflow.

Create from Scratch: Build your workflow step-by-step.
Quick Builder: Use a quick setup for your workflow.
AI Prompts: Utilize AI to generate prompts for your workflow.

Select the option that suits your needs best. For this tutorial, choose the Quick Builder to streamline the setup process.

3. Setting Up Triggers and Actions in Pabbly Connect

Once you have created your workflow, it’s time to define the trigger and action. Select the trigger as “Schedule” to run your automation daily. Specify the time you want the posts to be generated, for example, 12:00 PM.

Next, select the action as “OpenAI” to generate the content. You will need to connect your OpenAI account and generate an API key. This key will be used in Pabbly Connect to fetch content automatically.

4. Integrating Facebook and LinkedIn with Pabbly Connect

Now, let’s integrate Facebook and LinkedIn. In Pabbly Connect, select Facebook as your app and choose “Create Page Post” as the event. Connect your Facebook account and choose the page where you want to post.

Select your desired Facebook page from the dropdown menu.
Map the content generated from OpenAI to the post content field.

Repeat the process for LinkedIn by selecting it as the app and choosing “Share Update” as the event. Ensure that you also map the content from OpenAI to LinkedIn.

5. Finalizing Your Automation in Pabbly Connect

After mapping the required fields for both Facebook and LinkedIn, click on “Save” to finalize your workflow in Pabbly Connect. You will receive a success response confirming that your workflow is set up.

To ensure everything is working, refresh your Facebook and LinkedIn pages. You should see the posts generated by OpenAI appearing at the scheduled time. This confirms that your automation is functioning correctly.
