1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start the integration process, access Pabbly Connect. This platform enables seamless automation between various applications, including Facebook and Google Contacts.

Log in to your Pabbly account and navigate to the Pabbly Connect dashboard. From here, you can create a new workflow that will connect Facebook leads to Google Contacts.

2. Creating a New Workflow in Pabbly Connect

In Pabbly Connect, click on the “Create from Scratch” button to start a new workflow. Name your workflow, for example, “Saving Facebook Leads to Google Contacts Automatically”. This helps in identifying the purpose of the integration easily.

  • Select a folder for your workflow, such as “Facebook Leads Automation”.
  • Click on “Create” to finalize the workflow setup.

After creating the workflow, you will see two sections: the trigger and the action. The trigger will initiate the workflow whenever a new lead is generated from Facebook.

3. Setting Up Facebook Leads Trigger

To configure the trigger, select “Facebook Lead Ads” as the application. Choose the event as “New Lead Instant”. This means that every time a new lead is generated, the workflow will be activated.

Next, you need to connect your Facebook account to Pabbly Connect. Click on “Add New Connection” and log in to your Facebook account to authorize the connection. Make sure to select the appropriate Facebook page, such as “Prime Properties”, and the lead form you want to use.

4. Adding Google Contacts Action

After setting up the trigger, the next step is to add an action. Choose “Google Contacts” as the application and select the action event “Create Contact”. This will automatically create a new contact in Google Contacts whenever a new lead is received from Facebook.

  • Connect your Google account by clicking on “Add New Connection” and granting the necessary permissions.
  • Map the fields from Facebook leads to the appropriate fields in Google Contacts.

This mapping ensures that all necessary information, such as name, email, and phone number, is correctly transferred to Google Contacts.

5. Testing and Activating the Workflow

Once you have mapped the fields, it’s time to test your workflow. Submit a test lead through your Facebook lead form to check if the integration works correctly. You should see the contact created in Google Contacts.

If everything looks good, click on the “Save” button to activate your workflow. This will ensure that every new lead from Facebook is automatically added to your Google Contacts without any manual effort.

In this tutorial, we explored how to use Pabbly Connect to automate the process of adding Facebook leads to Google Contacts. By following these steps, you can streamline your lead management process and enhance your productivity.
