1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To begin integrating 99 Acres with Google Sheets, first, access Pabbly Connect. Open your browser and type pabbly.com/connect to navigate to the Pabbly Connect landing page.

Once there, sign in to your Pabbly account. If you’re a new user, you can sign up for free to get 100 tasks each month. Existing users should click on the “Sign In” button at the top right corner.

2. Creating a New Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After signing in, you’ll be redirected to the Pabbly apps page. Here, select Pabbly Connect to access your dashboard. To create a new workflow, click on the “Create Workflow” button.

  • Name the workflow “Automatically Save 99 Acres Property Leads to Google Sheets”.
  • Select the appropriate folder, for instance, “Google Sheets Automation”.

Click on “Create” to finalize your workflow setup. This is where you will start configuring the integration process.

3. Setting Up the Trigger from 99 Acres

In this step, you will set the trigger application. Choose 99 Acres as the trigger application in Pabbly Connect. The trigger event will be set to “New Leads”.

After selecting the trigger, click on “Connect”. A webhook URL will be generated, which needs to be sent to your account manager at 99 Acres for setup. This is essential as 99 Acres does not allow direct webhook integration from the user interface.

4. Capturing Lead Details from 99 Acres

Once the webhook is set up, click on “Capture Webhook Response” in Pabbly Connect. This will change to “Waiting for Webhook Response”. Wait for a new lead to come in from 99 Acres.

Upon receiving the response, you will see the lead details such as phone number, name, and email address. This indicates that the connection setup is functioning correctly. For instance, the response might show a phone number like 838383 and an email like [email protected].

5. Adding Lead Details to Google Sheets

Now, you will add the captured lead details to Google Sheets using Pabbly Connect. Click on “Add New Action” and select Google Sheets as the action application. Choose the action event as “Add New Row” and click on “Connect”.

  • If you have an existing connection, click “Save”. If not, create a new connection by signing in with your Google account.
  • Grant the necessary permissions to allow Pabbly Connect access to your Google Sheets.

Select the appropriate spreadsheet, like “Real Estate Details”, and map the fields from the 99 Acres response to the corresponding columns in Google Sheets. This ensures that each new lead is automatically recorded without manual entry.

Conclusion

In this tutorial, we have successfully integrated 99 Acres with Google Sheets using Pabbly Connect. This setup allows for automatic lead management, ensuring that every new lead is captured seamlessly in your spreadsheet.
