1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration
To start using Pabbly Connect, open your browser and navigate to pabbl.com/connect. This is where you will set up your automation workflow.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect
Once you are logged into Pabbly Connect, you will be directed to the workflow builder. Here, you will set up the automation to add Shopify customers to Privier.
Click on the ‘Add Trigger’ button to start. Search for Shopify and select Shopify V2. For the event, choose ‘New Order’ and click on ‘Connect’. This action will generate a webhook URL that you will need for the next steps.
- Search for Shopify V2 and select it.
- Choose ‘New Order’ as the event.
- Copy the generated webhook URL.
Now, head over to your Shopify store. Go to Settings > Notifications, and under Webhooks, select ‘Create a Webhook’. Choose ‘Order Creation’ as the event, set the format to JSON, and paste the webhook URL you copied from Pabbly Connect.
3. Capturing the Webhook Response
To test the connection, you need to create a new order in your Shopify store. This will trigger the webhook you set up in Pabbly Connect.
Go to your online store and purchase a product. Fill in the necessary details such as email, first name, and last name. Once the payment is processed, Pabbly Connect will capture the order details through the webhook response.

- Check Pabbly Connect to see if the details are captured.
After making a purchase, return to Pabbly Connect to verify that the order details are displayed correctly in your workflow.
4. Adding Customers to Privier
Next, you will add the captured customer details to your Privier account. Click on ‘Add New Action Step’ in Pabbly Connect.
Search for Privier and select it. Choose ‘Create Client’ as the event and click ‘Connect’. If you have already set up a connection, select it; otherwise, add a new connection by entering your authentication token.
- Choose ‘Create Client’ as the action event.
- Enter your authentication token for Privier.
Now, map the customer details from the previous step to the required fields in Privier. This will ensure that the data is dynamic and updates with each new order.
5. Testing and Verifying the Integration
After setting up the action step, it’s time to test the integration. Click on ‘Save and Send Test Request’ in Pabbly Connect to confirm that the customer details are being sent to Privier correctly.
Once you receive a positive response, check your Privier account to see if the new client has been added. Refresh the clients’ list to verify that the details match those captured from Shopify.
With this setup, every time a new order is placed on Shopify, the customer details will automatically be added to Privier through Pabbly Connect.
