1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Automation

2. Setting Up Your Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After signing up, navigate to the workflow builder in Pabbly Connect. This is where you’ll set up the trigger and action for your automation.

Click on the “Add Trigger” button.
Select “Just Dial” as your trigger application.
Choose “New Leads” as the event.

After setting the trigger, click on “Connect”. You will receive a webhook URL that you need to configure in your Just Dial account to automate lead capture.

3. Configuring Just Dial with Pabbly Connect

To capture leads automatically, copy the provided webhook URL from Pabbly Connect and send it to your Just Dial account manager. They will add this URL to your account.

Once the URL is configured, you will start receiving lead data directly in Pabbly Connect. This data includes the name, phone, email, and area of the leads.

4. Creating Google Contacts Automatically

With the leads captured, the next step is to create Google Contacts. In the workflow builder, click on “Add New Action” and select “Google Contacts” as your action application.

Choose “Create Contact” as the event.
Connect your Google account by clicking on “Add New Connection”.

Once connected, you can map the lead details from Just Dial to the fields in Google Contacts. This mapping allows for dynamic data insertion with each new lead.

5. Testing Your Automation with Pabbly Connect

After mapping the fields, click on “Save and Send Test Request” to test the integration. A successful response indicates that a new contact has been added to your Google Contacts.

Refresh your Google Contacts page to see the new contact. Now, every time a new lead is captured from Just Dial, it will automatically create a contact in your Google Contacts without any manual work.
