1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start integrating Pabyt with System.io, first access Pabbly Connect. Visit the Pabyt website by typing pabyt.com in your browser. Once there, you need to sign in or create a new account.

For existing users, click on the ‘Sign In’ option. New users can sign up for free, which allows you to use 100 tasks monthly. After signing in, navigate to the Pabbly apps page and select Pabbly Connect to access the dashboard.

2. Creating a New Workflow in Pabbly Connect

In the Pabbly Connect dashboard, you can create a new workflow. Click on the plus icon to initiate a new workflow named “Automate Your Website Leads to System.io”. Choose your folder as “Forms Automation” and click on ‘Create’.

With the Webhook URL configured, it’s time to test the connection. Go back to your workflow in Pabbly Connect and perform a test submission on your website form. Enter dummy data and submit the form.

Refresh the page to ensure the new Webhook URL is active.
Fill in the form fields with test data.
Submit the form and check for a response in Pabbly Connect.

After submission, return to Pabbly Connect to see if the response has been captured. This confirms that your Webhook connection is functioning correctly.

5. Adding Action Steps to Create Contacts in System.io

Now that the Webhook is set up, you can add an action step to create contacts in System.io. In your Pabbly Connect workflow, click on ‘Add New Action Step’ and search for System.io.

Select ‘Create Contact’ as your action event and click ‘Connect’. If you need to create a new connection, you will have to enter your API key. This key can be found in the System.io profile settings under API keys.

Map the fields from the Webhook response to the System.io contact fields. This ensures that data from your form submissions is correctly assigned to the right fields in your CRM.
