1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for WhatsApp Broadcasts

To automate WhatsApp broadcast messages, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. Start by visiting paby.com/chartflow in your browser. This will direct you to the Pabbly Chartflow homepage.

If you’re new to Pabbly, click on “Sign Up for Free” to create an account. Existing users can simply sign in. Once logged in, navigate to the “All Pabbly Apps” window and click on “Access Now” for Pabbly Chartflow. This is where the automation begins!

2. Setting Up Your WhatsApp Broadcast in Pabbly Connect

Now that you’ve accessed Pabbly Connect, it’s time to set up your WhatsApp broadcast. Locate the broadcast feature on the right side of the dashboard. Click on it to begin creating your broadcast.

Select “Add Broadcast” to start a new campaign.
Choose “Broadcast Campaign” as the type.
Name your campaign, for example, “Healthcare Plus”.

Following this, select your audience. You can either use an existing contact list or upload a CSV file. If using Google Sheets, download your data as a CSV and upload it to Pabbly Connect. For now, I’ll use an existing contact list.

3. Creating a Message Template in Pabbly Connect

Creating a message template is essential for sending WhatsApp broadcasts through Pabbly Connect. Navigate to the template section to see your existing templates. You can choose from approved templates or create a new one based on your requirements.

4. Testing and Scheduling Your WhatsApp Broadcast
