1. Accessing Pabbly Connect and Pabbly Chat Flow
To automate product promotion using Pabbly Connect, start by visiting pabbly.com/chatflow in your web browser. This will direct you to the Pabbly Chat Flow homepage, where you can either sign up for a free account or log in if you’re an existing user.
Once logged in, navigate to the “All Pabbly Applications” section and click on “Access Now” under Pabbly Chat Flow. This will take you to the Pabbly Chatbot dashboard, where you can set up your WhatsApp integration.
2. Setting Up a WhatsApp Broadcast with Pabbly Connect
In this section, you will create a WhatsApp broadcast using Pabbly Connect. First, ensure you have a message template ready. This template should be approved by Meta to send WhatsApp messages. You can view your templates in the “Templates” section of Pabbly Chat Flow.
- Navigate to the “Broadcast” section.
- Click on the “Add Broadcast” button.
- Choose the type as “Broadcast Campaign”.
- Enter a name for your campaign, e.g., “Product Launch”.
After naming your campaign, you can select your audience. If you have existing contacts, choose the first option. If you need to upload a CSV file with new contacts, select that option instead. Once your audience is set, you can proceed to the next steps.
3. Customizing the Message Template
Next, you will customize your message template using Pabbly Connect. In the broadcast setup, select the approved message template you want to use. Ensure that you replace static fields with dynamic variables to personalize each message.
To do this, access the “Custom Fields” section in settings. Here, you can find fields like name, phone number, etc. Copy the field name you want to use and insert it into your message template. This allows you to send personalized messages to each contact.
4. Testing and Scheduling Your Broadcast
Before sending your broadcast, it’s crucial to test it using Pabbly Connect. Enter your contact’s name and phone number in the test fields and click on “Send Test Message”. This will ensure that your broadcast is working correctly.
Once you’re satisfied with the test, you can schedule your broadcast. If you want to send it immediately, select “No” for scheduling. To schedule for later, select “Yes” and specify a future date and time. Ensure that the date and time are in the future to avoid immediate sending.
5. Finalizing Your Broadcast and Viewing Statistics
After scheduling, you can finalize your broadcast using Pabbly Connect. Click on “Create Broadcast” to complete the setup. Once your broadcast is sent, you can view statistics such as sent, delivered, read, and failed messages.
Additionally, if any messages fail to send, you have the option to resend them to valid contacts. This feature is crucial for ensuring that your promotional messages reach all intended recipients.
In summary, using Pabbly Connect allows you to automate product promotions effectively through WhatsApp broadcasts. By following the outlined steps, you can ensure personalized and timely communication with your clients.
