1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Google Integration

To begin automating your Google Blogger posts, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. Open your browser and search for Pabbly.com, then navigate to the Pabbly Connect dashboard.

Here, you will see options for signing in or signing up. If you are a new user, click on “Sign Up Free” to register and receive 100 free tasks each month. Existing users can simply sign in to their accounts.

2. Creating a New Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once you are logged into Pabbly Connect, you will need to create a new workflow. Click on the “Access Now” button to enter the Pabbly Connect dashboard.

To set up a new workflow, select the option to create from scratch or use the AI workflow builder. For this tutorial, we will utilize the AI workflow builder to streamline our process. Click on “Create Using AI” to begin.

Select the trigger method as “Schedule”.
Choose “Generate Content” for the AI tool.
Select “Create a Post” for Google Blogger.

After confirming the settings, click on “Approve and Create” to finalize your workflow. You will receive a unique workflow link for future reference.

3. Setting Up the AI Trigger in Pabbly Connect

Now that your workflow is created, it’s time to set up the AI trigger in Pabbly Connect. This involves selecting how often you want the workflow to run. You can choose options such as daily, weekly, or monthly intervals.

For our task, we will select the daily option at 12:00 PM. Click on “Save” to confirm your schedule. This ensures your workflow runs automatically every day at the specified time.

Set the frequency to “Every Day”.
Choose the time as “12:00 PM”.

Once saved, you will see a successful response confirming your scheduled workflow.

4. Generating Content Using AI in Pabbly Connect

Next, we will generate content using AI tools integrated with Pabbly Connect. You can use options like OpenAI or Gemini for this purpose. Click on the relevant option to build a connection.

When prompted, you will need to provide an API key. To obtain this, navigate to your AI account and generate a new API key. Copy this key and return to Pabbly Connect to paste it in the required field.

Select the AI model, e.g., Gemini 2.5.
Input the prompt for content generation.
Click on “Save” to send the request.

After successfully generating the content, you will receive a confirmation response with the content generated by the AI.

5. Posting Generated Content to Google Blogger

With your content ready, it’s time to share it as a new post on Google Blogger through Pabbly Connect. Click on “Sign In with Google” to connect your Google account.

Select the relevant Google account and grant Pabbly Connect permission to access your Blogger data. Once connected, you will need to specify the Blog ID.

Select your blog from the dropdown menu.
Map the title and content from the generated output.
Choose the status as “Live” for immediate posting.

After mapping the details, click on “Save” to create the post. You will receive a confirmation that a new post has been successfully created on your Google Blogger account.
