1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start integrating Pabbly, Webook, Pab, Google, and Gmail, you need to access Pabbly Connect. Open your browser and search for Pabbly.com, then navigate to Pabbly Connect.

If you are a new user, click on “Sign up for free” to create an account. Existing users can simply sign in. After signing in, you will be directed to the Pabbly Connect dashboard where you can create new workflows.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once you’re on the Pabbly Connect dashboard, you can start creating a workflow that connects your applications. Click on “Create New Workflow”. This is where Pabbly Connect allows you to set up the automation process.

Choose a name for your workflow.
Select the trigger application, which in this case is Webook.
Set the event to “Payment Captured”.

After setting the trigger, you will now choose the action application. Here, select Gmail to send a confirmation email. This is how Pabbly Connect automates your workflow, ensuring instant communication with your customers.

Enter the sender name as your brand name.
Map the recipient email address from the payment response.
Set the email subject to “Payment Successful: Your Order is Confirmed”.
