1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start adding new Shopify orders to Notion automatically, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. Open your browser and enter the URL pab.com/connect. This will take you to the Pabbly Connect landing page where you can sign up or log in.

4. Testing the Integration Between Shopify and Notion

With Shopify connected to Pabbly Connect, it’s time to test the integration. Place a test order in your Shopify store to see if the details are captured correctly. Ensure that you fill in all required fields, including customer name, email, and product details.

After placing the order, return to Pabbly Connect and check if the webhook response is received. You should see all order details captured successfully. This confirms that the first step of the integration works correctly.

5. Connecting Notion to Pabbly Connect

Now, it’s time to connect Notion to Pabbly Connect. In your workflow, click on ‘Add New Connection’ and select Notion as the application. Authorize Pabbly Connect to access your Notion account.

After authorization, select the database where you want to add the Shopify order details. For instance, if your database is named “Shopify Data”, choose that. Map the fields from the Shopify order response to the corresponding fields in Notion. This includes customer name, email, product name, and amount.

Once the mapping is complete, click on ‘Save and Send Test Request’ to verify if the details are added to your Notion database successfully. Upon success, you will see the order details reflected in your Notion database.
