How one time/recurring/trial subscription works?

You need to create a product and plan in our system to sell your service. The plans can be created over different billing cycles like – onetime, auto-recurring payments, and configured recurring payment.

Recurring payments are based on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

What does customer mean?

Customers are those who subscribe to your products or services. However, a customer can always purchase more than one subscription, but you can not exceed the limit of customers in your plan.

For example- You have a limit of 50 customers in your plan. Pabbly provides a provision to purchase as many subscriptions as those 50 customers want to but you can’t have more than 50 customers in your account.

How many currencies do you support?

Currently, Pabbly Subscriptions is compatible with 30+ major global currencies like USD, Euros, INR, Rubles and many more.

Each currency supported by PayPal and Stripe is also supported by Pabbly subscriptions.

Can I integrate my system with Pabbly?

We have published the API keys on an open source and you can use them for firing different actions in the account.

Then the event data can be collected through Webhooks directly on your server. The data security is also taken care of through Passwords.

Is there any per-transaction fee or revenue charge?

You only need to pay the subscription amount and process unlimited transactions and generate huge revenue without paying anything extra to us.

We provide the most transparent pricing plans. You only pay what you see. There is no per transaction or revenue fee deducted in Pabbly Subscriptions.

Does your system compliant with the GDPR rules?

The user details are securely stored in the system. The payment details like card number and others are saved in payment gateways only.

We do not store the card details in our system.

Can I cancel & get refund from Pabbly Subscriptions?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Just contact us at [email protected] regarding the cancelation and the concerned team will respond you within 24 hours.

Once your subscription is canceled with us you will not be billed further from our end and your account will be closed after 30 days.

We also have a refund policy. If the request is raised within the 7 days of the purchase, we refund the full amount to the customer (As per our refund policy).

How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Login in to your account and go to My Subscription. There you will find the details of your current subscribed plan.

Edit those details and choose the new suitable plan for you.

Your current paid amount will be prorated and a new bill will be generated. Your account will be immediately upgraded to the new plans and the amenities will be added.
