1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Automation

To start automating news sharing on Telegram, you first need to access Pabbly Connect. Open a new tab and search for “Pabbly Connect” to reach the landing page.

If you are a new user, click on the “Sign Up for Free” button to create an account. Existing users can click on the “Sign In” button to access their dashboard. Once logged in, you can explore the various features that Pabbly Connect offers for connecting multiple applications.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

After logging into Pabbly Connect, click on the “Create Workflow” button to set up a new automation. You can choose to build your workflow from scratch or use a quick workflow builder. For this tutorial, we will use the quick workflow builder.

Type “Connect RSS by Pabbly” in the search bar.
Select the trigger application as RSS by Pabbly.
Choose the action application as Telegram.

Once you have selected the applications, click on the “Approve and Create” button to finalize your workflow setup. This will prepare your workflow for the next steps in Pabbly Connect.

3. Connecting RSS Feed in Pabbly Connect

Now that your workflow is created, it’s time to connect the RSS feed. In your RSS by Pabbly settings, you will need to add the feed URL. This URL will collect news from various sources automatically.

To get the RSS feed URL, you can visit a news website like NDTV and find their RSS feed link. Copy this link and paste it into the feed URL field in Pabbly Connect. After pasting the URL, click on “Save and Send Test Request” to ensure that the feed is working correctly.

4. Connecting Telegram to Pabbly Connect

Next, you need to connect your Telegram account to Pabbly Connect. Click on the “Connect” button and select “Add to Connection”. You will be prompted to enter a token from your Telegram bot.

To get the token, go to your Telegram account and search for “BotFather”. Type “/newbot” to create a new bot and follow the instructions to get your unique token. Copy this token back to Pabbly Connect and save it. Your Telegram account will now be connected.

5. Finalizing Your Automation Workflow

After connecting both the RSS feed and Telegram, you need to set up the message format for your Telegram channel. Specify the chat ID where you want to send the messages and customize your message content.

Use mapping to insert the title and link of the news articles dynamically into your message. Click on the “Save and Send Test Request” button to test if the messages are being sent correctly to your Telegram channel. Once confirmed, your automation is complete!

With this setup, every time a new article appears in the RSS feed, it will automatically be shared in your Telegram group, keeping your audience updated effortlessly.
