1. Accessing Pabbly Connect for Integration

To start the integration process, access Pabbly Connect by visiting pave.com/connect in your browser. This platform allows you to automate workflows seamlessly.

If you’re a new user, click on “Sign up for free” to access 100 free tasks monthly. Existing users can simply sign in. Upon signing in, you’ll see the Pabbly apps window where you can access Pabbly Connect.

2. Creating a Workflow in Pabbly Connect

Once inside Pabbly Connect, create a new workflow. You can choose to build it from scratch, use AI prompts, or a quick builder. For this tutorial, we will start fresh.

Select “Create a Workflow”.
Describe the automation: “When a payment is received on Razer Pay, send a WhatsApp message via Pabbly Chatflow”.
Choose the trigger as “Payment Captured” from Razer Pay.

After configuring the trigger, select the action as “Send Text Message” via Pabbly Chatflow. Approve and create your workflow, which will generate a unique workflow link.

3. Setting Up the Webhook in Razer Pay

To connect Razer Pay with Pabbly Connect, you need to set up a webhook. Copy the webhook URL provided by Pabbly Connect and log into your Razer Pay account.

Navigate to the “Developers” section and select “Webhooks”. Here, you can add a new webhook URL. Ensure you select “Payment Captured” as the active event. Click on “Create Webhook” to save your settings. This connects Razer Pay with Pabbly Connect.

4. Testing the Integration with a Payment

After setting up the webhook, you need to test the integration. Go back to your Razer Pay payment page and make a test payment using dummy details. Select “Net Banking” as the payment method and confirm the payment.

Once the payment is successful, check Pabbly Connect for a webhook response. You should see all order details captured, confirming that the integration is working correctly.

5. Sending a WhatsApp Message via Pabbly Chatflow

Now that your integration is set up, it’s time to send a WhatsApp message. Go to Pabbly Chatflow and enter the API token from your account settings. Map the WhatsApp mobile number to dynamically receive the customer’s phone number from the previous step.

Enter the message you want to send as a confirmation.
Use mapping to include customer details like name, product name, and order ID.
Click “Save and Send Test Request” to send the message.

Verify on WhatsApp that the message has been received with the correct details, confirming that your automation is fully functional.
