In Pabbly Chatflow, we retain chat history (messages) for 90 days. After this period, older messages are automatically deleted. However, contact details remain saved in your account until you manually delete them.
No, Lifetime Plans are non-upgradable and can be purchased only once. Once you buy a Lifetime Plan, you cannot switch or upgrade to another one later—so make sure to choose the plan that best fits your long-term needs.
No. Credits assigned are valid for 30 days only and the unused credits expire at the end of each month.
