Pabbly Connect is an integration application that connects multiple applications together, so that you can send data from one of your applications to another and sync your data across multiple applications. It is a powerful Zapier alternative on a one-time pricing.
Any action being performed inside your workflow is considered a task. Triggers are not calculated in the tasks. Only the action steps are calculated in the task counts. Additionally, internal tasks of the Pabbly Connect such as Filter, Router, Formatter, etc are not counted as a task.
Like if you send one lead from Facebook Lead Ad to MailChimp, it will be counted as a single task. If you have a multi-step automation workflow, it will be counted depending upon the number of action steps. For example: If you send one lead from Facebook Lead Ad to MailChimp and then send the same lead to Google Sheets. It will be counted as 2 tasks. Learn more
Every check made to an external application to see if there is any new data in the entire day is counted towards the operation. So, if a check is made every 5 minutes. That is 288 operations in a day. Doesn’t matter if there is any new data or not. But in Pabbly Connect, we don’t charge anything for operations. That’s we say we’re providing Unlimited Operations.
For example: Let’s say you have a workflow to keep watching the Google My Business Page for replying to any new Google My Business review. Each check to Google My Business page to see if there is any new review posted is counted towards the operation. So doesn’t matter you send a reply or not, you will always spend 288 operations in a day
A workflow consists of the trigger and action steps consisting of applications you wish to integrate with. A workflow can have a single trigger and one or more actions. When you turn your workflow ON, it will run the action steps every time the trigger event occurs.
Yes, all data will be synced automatically once you set your triggers and actions properly. Automation software work on the principle of set it and forget it and they work round the clock for you automatically.
Yes, Pabbly Connect comes with Filters and path routers for advance automations. You can specify filters on the basis of values that are coming in through triggers and webhooks.
For example: With Filters & Path Routers, you can specify that you want to send a customer who made a purchase of > $1000 to MailChimp Premium List and < $1000 purchase to the MailChimp Normal Users List.
No, not at all. Unlike others we don’t count task for internal apps like Filter, Router, Text Formatter, Number Formatter, Delay, Schedule, Iterator, Date/Time formatter, Email Parser, Data Forwarder and Data formatter
Pabbly Connect pricing plans are based on the number of tasks and workflows you can create. With One-time payment plans, you’ll only have to pay once and and will get a certain amount of tasks every month on your account without having to pay any monthly fees.
Once you reach the task limit, we believe your business will be sustainable enough to allow for a recurring payment plan beyond that task limit.
Note that the monthly tasks that you get from One Time payment plans will remain as it is. You can check the monthly pricing plans here
We recommend you purchase what you think you may need in your near future. Once you have made the purchase of any one-time payment plan, you will not be able to upgrade to any other one-time payment plans.
Yes, we do offer support for 1 year. You can use the application indefinitely even after a period of 1 year. You are also entitled to updates after the 1 year period has passed.
However, for support after 1 year, you can purchase a support license for 1/3rd the price of your initial purchase.
We offer 30 days refund policy and you can claim your refund anytime within the 30 days sale window. Just send us a request at [email protected]
Note that transaction fees will not be refunded by the payment gateway service provider.
If you do raise a refund request, please help us and share the reason for the refund so that we can improve on those areas.
Stacking is not available. You can choose between Standard, Pro and Ultimate plans. Standard plan will give you 3000 monthly tasks. Pro will offer you 6000 monthly tasks. Ultimate plan will offer you 10000 monthly tasks.
Further Pabbly Connect tasks last longer compared to Zapier and Integromat as we do not charge for any internal tasks and we do not charge for triggers.
Based on our estimate, 3000 Pabbly Connect tasks are equivalent to 7000 Zapier tasks and 10000 Integromat operations.
